a virtual bridge between switzerland and ireland. it all started on a rainy sunday afternoon in 1999 in the irish bank on 5th avenue, btwn 33rd and 32nd. sometimes, a wee pint can change your life.
... well, it is now already one month since we spent a great week in manarola and and other beautiful towns. Only 1 or 2 hours south of genova but enough to feel 50 back in time.
I adore Italy! I adored Manarola in the Cinque Terre; the only problem was there were almost more Americans than Italians. When I go to Europe, I want to see Europeans, don't you? (By the way, my husband lived in Zurich for several years, and he loved to ride his bike there. I must show him your two blogs. They will entice us to return!)
dramatically wild, nature loving creatures, two hurricanes in a matchbox, home in the outdoors, born to move rocks, climb mountains, ride singletrails and adore the nature's elements.
